welcome to a new blog on christian feminism

why start a blog on christian feminism? because most people don’t have a clue what it is or realize that it is possible to be both a christian and a feminist. no, it isn’t an oxymoron although it sure may seem like one. i am still just learning about christian feminism, and so will have others (both women and men) who are much more knowledgeable on the subject contributing on this blog.

fyi: this blog is not coming from a secular or theologically liberal perspective but from the perspective that scripture does in fact support the equality of women and men, although equality does not mean we are the same.
